Silver Package
1,999 USD
Company requirements:
- The company’s minimum capital must be 200,000 Turkish Liras located in a Turkish bank.
- Number of owners/partners – two maximum.
- Number of Commercial Activities 1-3
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
Services included in the silver package
- Publication of the company in the official gazette.
- Accounting books for the first year free.
- Passport translation and notarization.
- All required notary fees are included.
- Extracting the company’s invoice book.
- Assistance with obtaining tourist residence (İkamet), for immediate family members of company owners.
- Obtaining a work permit for the directors (two maximum).
- Create the company stamp which is approved by the government, the notary, and banks.
- Merchant ID card.
- Company formation will be completed in 5 working days.
- Free business-related consultation for six months.
- Most of the registration will be completed without your participation. However, when necessary, we will arrange a free transfer.
Required documents
- All partners must have valid passports (valid for at least six months).
- Education certificate for each registrant.
- Four biometric photos each registrant.
- Service fees paid before start of process registering the company.
Gold Package

Company requirements:
- The company’s minimum capital must be 500,000 Turkish Liras, located in a Turkish bank.
- Number of owners/partners – three maximum.
- Number of Commercial Activities 1-6
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
Services included in the Gold package:
- Publication of the company in the official gazette.
- Accounting books for the first year free.
- Assistance with obtaining tourist residence (İkamet), for immediate family members of company owners.
- Passport translation and notarization.
- All required notary fees are included.
- Create the company stamp which is approved by the government, the notary, and banks.
- Obtaining a work permit for the directors (three maximum).
- Company formation will be completed in 5 working days.
- Free consultation for one year.
- Merchant ID card.
- Free assistance with registration of water and electricity counters, and Internet and telephone connections.

- Publication of the company in the official gazette.
- Accounting books for the first year free.
- Passport translation and notarization.
- All required notary fees are included.
- Advertisement of the company in the newspaper, the Chamber of Commerce.
- Assistance with obtaining tourist residence (İkamet), for immediate family members of company owners.
- Create the company stamp which is approved by the government, the notary, and banks.
- Obtaining a work permit for the directors (four maximum).
- Company formation will be completed in 5 working days.
- Merchant ID card.
- Assistance in finding the proper office space.
- Free assistance with registration of water and electricity counters, and Internet and telephone connections.
